To ReallyItsPancakes. RELAX. To those out there that want to make breakfast fun that already make pancakes and just need some fun ideas then they can come to the right spot. The kids love making them and eating them. We used a pastry bag and it worked really well.

My husband made alphabet pancakes for my children as they were growing up. He also made various shapes, snowmen, cats, cars, etc. The important thing to remember is that everything has to be made backwards so that it looks right when flipped. My boys have friends who still talk about their great pancakes. Ours boys are now 36 & 32.

I have been doing this for years. Every year for the kids birthdays, I put the pancake batter in a large ziplock bag, put a small snip in the corner and write their names on the griddle. They love it. There's nothing better than your name in pancakes. And yes. make sure your batter is lump free.

Great idea but make sure you get out ALL the lumps in the batter or the squeeze bottle will clog and make a big mess.
