After reading the directions I realized that no way can you get 24 2" balls out of 1 pouch of sugar cookies.You can get 24 approx 1" balls slightly flattened to measure 2" circles. Also have to adjust baking time. Should the directions read 2 pouches make 24 cookies? Anyone else feel the directions were a little off?

Do these cookies come out soft or crispy???? In place of coconut you could us green, pink, etc...frosting piped through the grass tip (multiple holes in the end). I have done that on cakes that I decorate.

I basically took this idea for cupcakes instead of cookies. The decor is adorable and they turned out so yummy!
