WOW, this was good. I made it as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner and people were fighting for the last bit. It makes a nice change from a Mexican dip - similar flavors, but the barbecued pork/chicken really adds something different.

It is very good, but I prefer it without the corn, replaced the corn with green onion, and replaced the "optional green onion with jalapenos.
