Ingredients

pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® double chocolate chunk cookie mix
1/2
cup butter or margarine, softened
1
egg
1
cup cocoa-flavored rice cereal

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
  • 2 In large bowl, stir cookie mix, softened butter and egg until soft dough forms. Gently stir in cereal.
  • 3 Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • 4 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.

Do you have a chance on this website to have chocolate cookies made from sctrach also made with chocolate bars?? Cause I have chocolate bars in my cabinet and I was wondering if I could make them into cookies.

Will definitely try these as I'm a chocoholic and these look like "Double Trouble". Toying around with an idea of using sugar cookie mix and "fruity" rice cereal. Hmmmmm.
