Easy and fast to bake these cookies. In place of the regular brown sugar, I used Splenda brown sugar. In place of creamy peanut butter, I used chunky. And for the peanuts, I used cinnamon roasted peanuts, and only used a cup of chopped nuts. Everything else was according to the recipe. Excellent peanut butter cookies. This one is a keeper, and to be used again.

I have made these cookies with my grandchildren several times. They are very easy and quick to make. We always make them with all brown sugar and I don''t put the nuts in because I never have them on hand. They are equally as good with creamy and crunchy peanut butter. It is one of the few recipes that actually will make the 4 dozen but you have to make them fairly small. When baked, they are still a good size! If you like peanut butter cookies, you''ll like these. It''s also nice that you don''t have to take the time to press them with a fork and they come out perfect.
