Yummy, quick and easy and DELISH! I've made these twice and the second time I put sliced apple in! WOW. I bought Pepridge Farm Deli Select Marble Rye. Looks just like the picture bread and really tasty.

Sounds great, time is good, but I wish someone had taken the time to mention the name of the bread that is used in the photo. The picture leads the viewer to believe that somehow the process makes the bread turn this way.

Simple, good and filling...if you add the bacon (or even sliced ham) and tomato. Watching the food network so much, I learned to use provolone cheese with the cheddar...wonderful.
