box Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix (or your favorite)

large eggs
1/2
cup oil (your choice)

cup water

pkg. Jello chocolate instant pudding & pie filling

tub Betty Crocker chocolate icing (your choice)
  1. Blend all ingredients together. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Bake in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan. Ice with Betty Crocker rich chocolate icing. Alternately confectioners sugar may be sprinkled or sifted on top of cake.
