I used all whole wheat flour, applesauce for the egg, and dark chocolate chips and they turned out amazing. Delicious! The perfect amount of chocolate!

I am so pleased with this recipe. This is the first recipe that everyone in the house eat and had no complaints. My 2 year old girl said mmmmm almost the whole time while eating it. My husband has already washed all the dishes i need for the next batch. I'm adding extra chocolate chips to his muffin!! No matter what use a blender to crumb the cereal or food processor

These were absolutely wonderful! The true test of a muffin is whether or not it takes good cold and these do. They could pass as cupcakes for dessert they are so good!
