I just made these cookies and I'm not impressed at all. I followed the recipe correctly and they turned out extremely flat and "chalky" tasting. Very disappointed.

Here's a heads up about this cookie recipe. 1st the cookie is wonderful when made correctly. 2nd the recipe as written on this website is not correct. It calls for 1/2 C all purpose flour online, it should say, 1 C all purpose flour. The 1st time I made the cookies I made them using the recipe from the Betty Crocker Heart Healthy Cookbook, they were perfect. Today I decided to just use my computer and pull the recipe up online..... I couldn't understand what had happened, they were flat, they still taste good, but oh my they are flat. When I pulled my cookbook out and compared the 2 recipes I discovered the problem. Please, Betty Crocker, fix it, they are wonderful cookies and anyone trying to make them from this recipe will be so disappointed.

They were amazing! Dough wasn't too good but once cooked they were amazing! One batch only made a dozen though. I'll probably do four.
