Easy recipe ... can use any brand frozen hash browns (little squares work best)

I used smoked sausage. It is very good but hard to keep lit.

I too wanted to make this but it appears the Betty Crocker Hashbrowns are discontinued (googled), but I think there is other boxed hashbrowns near the instant mashed potato area of the grocery store. This should be okay to substitute so I'm going to try it. Good luck Jannabelle.

Don't have a review yet. Want to make this recipe tomorrow evening but haven't been able to find the potatoes anywhere. Is there something that can be substituted for this. Frozen hashbrowns? If so, how much?

This is a great recipe, made it several times and is always a hit. I just have to add that it always amazes me that people alter the recipe and then complain about it, obviously if you use real potato's its going to be soggy and not taste the same!

It's alot like a Quiche Loraine, just not as time consuming. I just left out the bell pepper and baked for about 50 min. Make before you go to bed. Oh, also can add cooked bacon too!!!

Used fresh onions instead of dried. Would not make a again. Disappointed really. Could not taste much except for the bell peppers. Seemed like it needed to cook more or needed salt?

If you hate getting up early to cook breakfast, here is your answer! This did take long than stated to bake. I just cooked it to the consistency of a hard boiled egg.

My family and I had this for breakfast this morning. I made it to the T and for some reason it just didnt want to bake through. However taste was okay. I ended drenching mine in hot sauce. It was okay. Nothing to write home about.
