Adding shrimp and fresh dill weed make egg salad special; tucking it into a tortilla makes it awesome!

This recipe reminds me of a simple gourmet lunch prepared by a professional chef. It was delicious!!!! It definately adds some jazz to plain old egg salad. It would be great for a bridal/baby shower. Would make a great summer dinner or take to work to jazz up your lunch. Will definately make this many more times to come.

The shrimp I bought tasted REALLY fishy...kinda gross. Other than that, this is good!

I substituted a pre-made mustard/dill sauce found at my grocer''s seafood counter and added 1/2 the amount of mayonnaise- very good. Also added one whole ripe avocado which added some additional texture to the mix. While serving in a tortilla was nice, I wanted more crunch and made some simple crudites with it- serving on top of your favorite cracker, or even a tortilla chip with a bit of tabasco added was a nice change. I will definetly make this recipe again.

A nice, light meal for a refreshing summer lunch. Easy to make! I subbed 2 T. Honey Mustard dressing and 1 T. mayo instead of the suggested dressing and used dry dill. A tasty treat if you like both dill and shrimp! I subbed chopped deli meat for shrimp for my toddlers. They suprisingly loved it, too! Recipe is worth a try....
