Ingredients

tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2
teaspoons beef bouillon granules

cup water
1
cup fat-free (skim) milk

tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives

tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1
teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  • 1 Mix flour, cornstarch, bouillon granules and water in 2-quart saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.
