Trade fat-free sour cream for mayo in this leaner version of deviled eggs, always a party pleaser. Green onion and Dijon mustard deliver extra zing.

These were okay, I think I will stick with the traditional from now on. I made 12 there were 8 left after Thanksgiving :(

This was really good! Just be careful about how much salt/seasoning you add. I felt I added too much. Other than that this was very tasty and I feel that the green onion added a nice touch.

Instead of Paparika try a little Dill as a garnish

I wanted something a bit more exciting and different than run of the mill deviled Eggs... Boy did this deliver! I did vary from the ingredients a little bit. I also put a dollop of Miracle Whip in because it seemed a little too dry. Very good. A permanent add to my recipe box!
