Quick and easy for a last minute dinner idea. You could easily substitute ingredients for whatever you have in the house. I'm not sure I would add this to my make again list, but it was good in a pinch.

This was pretty good, but I didn''t think there was enough meat. Next time I might use 1.5 pounds. My husband wanted me to add more cheese, but we both liked it.

It was so easy and fast and it tasted really good. Also to make it even healthier I used 98% fat free cream of mushroom. I even doubled the recipie for me and one other and in not even a half an hour it was gone and I got lots of compliments.
