pound lean ground turkey or beef

tsp onion salt

tsp coarse ground pepper

tsp Itallian seasoning
1/4
tsp Emerils Bam Burger seasoning (this is the secret ingredient) ;)

cup parmesan cheese
1/4
cup milk

clove garlic minced
  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl together and mix with hands.
  2. Form meat into 1/2 inch balls.
  3. Brown in frying pan about 15 minutes getting them nearly done
  4. Add to spaghetti and sauce in crockpot on low for 6 hours. Enjoy!
