Rely on the deli for salad fixin's that toss into a 10-minute taste sensation.

Ingredients

bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens

pint (2 cups) deli three-bean salad or 1 can (15 to 17 ounces) three-bean salad, chilled
1/4
pound cooked deli roast beef, cut into julienne strips (3/4 cup)

cup shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese (4 ounces)

cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, toss all ingredients lightly to mix.

Expert Tips

You can use deli or leftover cooked ham instead of the beef.

To reduce the fat to 10 grams and the calories to 160 per serving, use reduced-fat cheese and use turkey instead of the beef.
