Loved this! Made vegetarian by subbing beef with shredded zucchini, can of kidney beans, and corn. Didn't have mayo, so used a tad of plain yogurt with the sour cream. Delicious!

This was so delicious and easy to make. Definitely will make it again! I doubled the recipe to make a 13x9 and I used Chipotle taco seasoning for some added flavor. Made some spanish rice and corn on the side. Yum!!!

This is a great alternative to taco night. I made it ahead and refrigerated it until dinner time, then baked and served on a busy night. We had leftovers and it reheats well in the microwave. The biscuit shell is a nice alternative to the traditional tortilla. Like another reviewer, I added about 1 cup of corn to the beef mixture after the beef was cooked, making this a complete dish. I also served with spanish rice.

This was soooo good! My daughter made it for my husband and I and the 3 of us ate it all! Easy and so tasty--and my daughter and I are very good cooks--so we know good recipes!

This is a really easy and yummy recipe. My family hates mayo, when they saw me cooking with they freaked but, when they ate it they shut right up! I make this about once a week now. :)

Honestly, this recipe was not good! I made it exactly as called for and both Hubby and I agree that the bisquick on the bottom and the sourcream/mayo mix on top was not good. The sourcream came out chunky and looked rancid. Im going to try this recipe again but use a cornbread mix on the bottom and only cheddar cheese on the top.

I didn't use sour cream, mayo, tomatoes, or green chiles. Very simple, and very delicious. I did add some fresh crushed garlic w/the onions and ground beef. Then sprinkled w/some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

I omitted tomatoes and changed beef for shredded chicken!

My husband loved it and he usually doesn't like casserole type dishes. I liked it, but am trying to think of a different way to top it. I just didn't like the mayo/sour cream mixture. Other than that, it was easy to make.
