I made this cake for one of the ladies in my department, it was a huge hit. The cake was so moist and tasted wonderful! I was a little worried that the coffee flavor would come through, but it didn't at all. It was a little time consuming to make but worth every minute! Absolutely delicious!!

This is a WONDERFUL cake!! I made my own dark chocolate cake from scratch, then added the filling and frosting. It's sooo good! I got so many compliments on this cake! I will definately make this one again!

I made this for my boyfriend for Valentines day and he raved about it. My kids had some and loved it. As a matter of fact everyone who has tried a piece has loved it. It's a keeper. Very rich so only for special occasions though. Yummy!

I made this for my sisters birthday and everyone loved it. It is very rich so keep the pieces small and savor each bite. This was my first torte and it came out much better than I had thought. Be sure to let the cakes cool for at least an hour before cutting in half. I cut mine too soon and almost ended up throwing the pans out the window because they started breaking apart. Also, cut off the crowns of each cake so there is no dome and the layers are flat. Good luck. If you mess up, the ganache will cover up most mistakes.
