Decadent Chocolate - Cherry Cake

Incredibly moist cherry-chocolate cake!

box devils food cake mix

ounces cherry pie filling

eggs

teaspoon vanilla extract

tub chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 2 9x9" or 8x8" in pans with nonstick baking spray.
In a large bowl combine devils food cake mix, cherry pie filling, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until well mixed at low speed, then beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Pour batter until the prepared pans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake is set.
Remove cake from oven. Wait ten mintues to remove cakes from pans onto cooling racks.
Wait 1 hour for cakes to fully cool.
Spread frosting inbetween the two layers of cake and frost the outsides and top.
