Am curious to know if this recipe can be used as a cake filling? Has anyone experimented with that? Am just worried because I have read that the mousse melts down in sometime...I don't want to ruin my cake! Does anyone have a good mousse recipe for a cake filling?

This was sooooo good I tried using the White Chocolate with the raspberries, oh my goodness, what a treat! Hubby was impressed, especially since he likes the dark and the white chocolate, you are very inspiring and I will make it more. WoW factor;)
