My husband is Indian and a fabulous cook! I am extremely disappointed in this recipe and feel as though it should be removed. The other reviews were being nice. I think this recipe is an insult to the authentic dish. The canned stock was a dead give away to me but tried it anyway and ended up throwing it away!

It was great! I found myself craving it a few days later. I am a military spouse, so a women from india taught me to never put curry into a recipe without "cooking" it first. All you do is, add a tbsp of olive oil to a pan then add your curry. Continue stir until curry is dark in color. Then add it to your recipe.

We tried this recipe last night. We followed the recipe to the letter. The sauce was way too soupy. And, for us, there was not enough curry flavor. Do not recommend this recipe.
