Made a double batch of this and made a cpl changes and it was BOMB! I put the seasonings (added a teaspoon of cinnamon) in with the onion n garlic first... Then only added ONE can of broth and NO water. Also added 1 lb ground turkey and one can (drained thouroly)of white beans, so it came out almost chili like. It was Amazing, my family loved it

I thought this was very good and easy. I did use an extra teaspoon of curry powder and bloomed the curry and paprika with the sauteed onions before adding the other ingredients. Would I make this again? Definitely.

We did not think this had much flavor. Fresh vegetables probably would have given a better taste.

I added an extra teaspoon of curry and a 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper for some kick. I also added a fresh yellow pepper and some frozen broccoli. It needed salt in my opinion but it still was awesome. We served it with brats off the grill!
