Blogger Beth Dooley from Seasonal Appetites shares a favorite recipe. Spicy, sweet and salty, this mix makes for winning bowl. No worries about leftovers.

Ingredients

cups popped popcorn
1/2
cup raisins, dried cranberries or chopped dried apricots
1/2
cup whole almonds

tablespoons unsalted butter
1
tablespoon curry powder
1
teaspoon salt
1
tablespoon granulated sugar

Directions

  • 1 Toss together popcorn, raisins or cranberries and almonds in a large bowl.
  • 2 Melt together the butter, curry powder, salt and sugar. Pour over the popcorn and toss to coat, adding more seasoning to taste.
