cup diced cooked chicken

slices raisin bread, toasted, if desired
  • 1 In small bowl, mix all ingredients except lettuce and bread.
  • 2 Place lettuce on 2 bread slices. Spoon and spread about 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto each. Top with remaining bread.
