I loved making this cake. I didn't have all the stuff for the face so I used what I had. I didn't use the marshmallows, I just iced the cupcakes. It used quite a bit of icing but it looked good. I used Oreos as the eyes, pink m&ms for the ears and nose, and then chocolate chips for whiskers and mouth. I cannot wait to show it off! Very easy to make!

This is really easy to make - even for the amateur! It actually turns out looking just like the picture! It was the perfect birthday cake for my granddaughter who is CRAZY about marshmallows! She was way more interested in eating the marshmallows off the top of the cupcake than she was eating the cake!!

So easy to make! I made one for my daughter's "magic" theme birthday party, and took a 0.99 cent plastic magician's hat and cut it in half and put it at the bottom of the bunny so it looked like the bunny was coming out of the hat! So adorable! Loved this cake idea and so did my daughter! Thanks!

This actually was easier than I thought it would be. I only had 22 cupcakes to work with, but it still came out great. The extra marshmallows that you use to fill in the gaps are very forgiving. I also didn't have the chocolate mint patties, but black icing worked just fine. Don't stress about not being able to do it just like the recipe. It's fairly easy to adapt. I made it for my daughter's first grade class and the kids completely loved it.

I wanted to try this after I found it in a little recipe book at the checkout stand. But did not due to the fact I was just worried I would mess it up since there was no pattern for the cupcakes to make into the bunny shape. BUT now that I see how someone else did it I will make this tomorrow !! Thanks for the help!

I made this last night for my daughter's Kindergarten class. It was easy to make and only took 24 cupcakes as listed. Each ear gets 5 and then a row of 3, 2 rows of 4, and last a row of 3. It's easy to lay out once you have the cupcakes baked and can organize them into the bunny. Her class loved it today. The only change I made was I used regular thin mint candies and not jr mints. I wanted big bunny eyes. Will make again next year!!
