I made this recipe for a gathering. It was easy to make and was pretty. It also tasted pretty good. However, hardly anyone took them from the plate (I had 12 guests and almost all of these remained when the gathering was over), so apparently they aren't a real crowd-pleaser.

Be careful. What ever paste I used was very strong flavored and I used feta instead of goat cheese so the whole thing was way too strong

I brought this to movie night and my friends couldn't stop talking about them. I used "Tuscany" brand tomato spread. It's a bit spicy which adds a little extra zip to the appetizers. I WILL be making this again. Oh, and it's quick and easy too!

This was a great appetizer, I used "Classico" sun dried tomato spread. I also suggest trying the garlic basil pesto version as well. This was the first time I had goat cheese and I loved it as well.

Very refreshing and delicious! The seedless cucumber comes in a plastic wrapper to keep it fresh and does not have wax on it like regular cucumber to maintain water, so it is easier to digest. I could only find "burp-less" seedless cucumbers, which I think are the same as English cucumbers. They are more expensive than regular garden cucumbers, so that was a negative towards the recipe, but it was still great and everyone loved them.

This recipe looks great and is a yummy addition to your buffet or appetizer table. The taste is all dependent on the sundried tomato spread. If the spread is just ok so will the appetizers taste wise. If it is great then it will be a hit. Taste spreads from specialty retailers or make your own. Picky eaters use caution.

This was ok, interesting looking; however, not very satisfying to taste. This one disappointed me.

This is an incredible, beautiful and super easy recipe. I entertain a lot & I use these almost always as a perfect filler that I throw together at the last minute. Just note it doesn''t stay well for the next day so make it right before the party.
