Box Hamburger Helper Crunchy Taco

Can Diced Tomatoes (I use no salt added variety)

Can Light Red Kidney Beans
  1. Follow the directions on the box but leave out the milk and the "Topping" packet.
  2. Add 1 can each of the tomatoes and beans undrained
  3. Cook until rice is done.
  4. Pour into your favorite chili bowl and top with shredded cheddar & the packet of corn chips
