Crunchy Ranch Tuna Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box Tuna Helper™ creamy Parmesan
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) French-fried onions

    In 10-inch skillet, stir together uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Tuna Helper box), hot water, milk and tuna. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

    Stir in dressing and sour cream. Sprinkle with onions.

  • Need to trim a few calories? Use fat-free (skim) milk, low-fat dressing and low-fat sour cream for less fat per serving.
  • Tuna now comes in pouches, which are easy to use because the tuna doesn't need to be drained.
