I had to triple the recipe because I invited all my children over to eat. They all loved it, my oldest son could not believe it was baked in the oven and yet so crunchy. Actually they kept raving how crunchy and how great they tasted. Due to the amount of chicken I was cooking I had to cook it for an hour. I should have at least turned them once since they were extra, extra crispy on one side (darker). One more thing I added Progresso Italian Style bread crumbs to the recipe. So if you are following the above recipe just add 1 cup of bread crumbs to it. They came out looking like the picture, just beautiful and very tasty.

These were WONDERFUL!!!! I turned the oven a bit higher than stated for quicker cooking, and then after they were browning up nicely I popped them in the microwave to make sure the insides were cooked well. Served these at a dinner with friends, and everyone wanted the recipe. So quick, easy, & good. This is a ''must try'' recipe!!!

The whole family (including in-laws and my three kids who are old enough to eat- my baby is only 4 mos) LOVED these. I agree that they needed seasoning before the coating, as I thought the chicken was kind of bland. Otherwise they are great and I will be making these again for my EXTREMELY PICKY family!

These were very easy to make and looked very nice when done. The only thing I would add is a little seasoning to the chicken before the coating. Overall the were good.
