I have made this salad multiple times and it is delicious. I use sesame oil instead of vegetable oil and we think it has a much better taste. Great potluck meal!

I just made this salad and immediately ate half of it. It is so good. Like some of the reviews said, I doubled the dressing and it was great.

My family and friends love this salad I make it all of the time and always get great reviews. I always have to make a double batch anytime I make it. The only thing that I have changed is that I dont add the sesame seeds and instead of using peanuts I toast slivered or sliced almonds. This is real winner and turns out great everytime.

EZ to make - I used chicken chunks from the deli isle and it was a huge hit at the office do. I increased the oil/vinegar as I thought it was kinda weak w/16oz of slaw but that's just me.

This is a GREAT Chinese Chicken Salad. I found it on the Betty Crocker site about six weeks ago and have made it at least six times. The only thing I've changed is I skip the sesame seeds. You don't really need 'em and it makes a mess. This is so so so so good.

I've made this recipe twice already this summer, and it's always a big hit! I usually double the recipe and use one of the Oriental flavor packets in the dressing. It gives it a lot more flavor! I also use about 1/2 tablespoon more of oil and 1/4 cup more of the vinegar, because it can be really dry. **To Zendor** Don't bother toasting the noodles, I tried it 2 ways: toasting and not toasting and there wasn't much diffrence:)**

This is an excellent dish. I doubled the dressing per previous reviews, and I also used broccoli slaw. I will be making this on a regular basis.

This was excellent!! When I make this again I think I will make extra dressing it was just a tad bit dry. I made tortilla cups to put the salad in & served if for supper. It was very filling. I took torilla's,heated them up in the microwave using the packaging instructions, sprayed both sides of torilla with pam molded them round bottom up coffee cups & baked for 10 min at 400'. When the tortilla cups cooled,I piled them right full of the salad.i sprinkled the tops with chopped green onion & sprinkled the peanuts on top. This is definately a KEEPER!!!

This dish was too dry for our liking, so we added some ranch dressing. If we used this recipe again, we would also halve the amount of sesame seeds.
