Dinner ready in just 20 minutes! Enjoy these crunchy chicken nugget tacos with creamy Caesar dressing sprinkled with chow mein noodles.
frozen breaded fully cooked chicken breast nuggets
cup creamy Caesar dressing
flour tortillas (8 to 10 inches in diameter)
cups shredded iceberg lettuce
medium tomato, cut into 8 slices
cup chow mein noodles
Bake or microwave nuggets as directed on package.
Meanwhile, spread 1 tablespoon dressing over each tortilla; sprinkle each evenly with 1/2 cup lettuce. Arrange 2 tomato slices and 3 nuggets down center of each tortilla; sprinkle nuggets with 2 tablespoons chow mein noodles.
Fold sides of tortillas over filling, slightly overlapping.
Ranch or creamy Italian dressing can be used instead of creamy Caesar dressing. Any of these dressings will provide lots of flavor.
The nuggets will be crispier and more golden brown if baked, but heating them in the microwave will shave a few minutes off the cooking time.
