Simply delightful. This is the perfect appetizer if you don't have much time to prepare. The topping of fresh tomato, basil, mozzarella, capers is excellent on a pizza. So if you buy refrigerated pizza dough from the supermarket - you have another meal for any left over topping!

Pretty good. My bread was a little soggy due to the juice from the tomato, even after broiling it. I think next time I will broil the bread for a few minutes, add the toppings and then broil for a few more minutes to avoid this happening again.

very good it is nice to see a recipe that is nice and simple and right.I use sundried tomatoe feta and it is very nice stick w/virgin olive oil.Absoutely refreshing in the summer days.Thanks for the recipe.
