Oh come on! Thats not a lot of butter for 4 servings at all! Thats about 1/16 cup per person. Very small amount. Plus butter is actually not bad for you like some would believe. Its got omega oils in it and it helps you to absorb omega oils better than other oils. Its all natural as well. Margarine is way worse. If you dont like the butter, use olive oil instead. It will work the same, and its what I use in place of butter all the time. This looks delicious.

That's a LOT of butter. There must be ways to cut down on the calories. It sounds good, tho.

The Parmesand basil cooking sauce is too thin and thus does not adhere to the pasta. I ended up baking the leftover pasta, sauce and cheese and it was delicious

Try broiling it a few mins at the end to get it nice and brown on top.

Try spraying the chicken once the bread crumbs are on with Canola, PAM or other type of spray product. I recently saw Japanese Panko at the supermarket and if you are looking for a brown, crunchy topping I think you will be pleasantly surprised as I was.

The chicken was juicy and very tasty - nice flavor. But, I couldn't get the bread crumbs to brown. I followed the recipe exactly. It did not look like the picture. Does anyone know how to get the bread crumbs to brown up and be crispy instead of being mushy and 'melting' into the chicken?

I agree that my chicken was very juicy. I couldn't get it to brown though. But I used a different brand of Panko bread crumbs so I figured that might be why. It was still good though!

This chicken tasted awesome! I had some trouble keeping the breading/cheese on the chicken (did not look like the picture), especially when turning over halfway through the cooking time. I did have to extend the cooking time as well, but my chicken was thicker, but chicken was VERY juicy! Instead of cooking pasta I cooked some instant rice as directed on the package, then added half of the remaining cooking sauce and cheese. AWESOME!
