We are on a low sodium diet and this recipe has 1550mg of sodium. That's a whole days worth. It can be reduced by not buying chicken nuggets or frozen fettuccine but using unbreaded chicken tenders and dry fettuccine. These items are very low in sodium. I would like to see your recipes that are low in sodium especially since the FDA has recommended a low sodium diet.
