I don't add the chili powder and you don't even need the Tropical Fruit Salsa. It is the best oven fried fish I've ever had.

I've tried this recipe with tilapia several times and received nothing but rave reviews from my husband and guests. The salsa is awesome!

The salsa was very tasty! I made it with pre-seasoned salmon, so I didn't try the fish part of the recipe, but the salsa really accented the fish so well. I'll definitely make it again! Even my 4 year old loved it!

I make this recipe omitting the chili powder. It is just great.....even without the "salsa" The best oven fried fish.
