Hands down amazing! Can't go wrong with this one. I made 2 to send with my Nat'l Guard hubby to share with his soldiers over the New Year mission they are on and I'm hearing rave reviews. I personally did not get a full piece but I did get to partake in the bits off the knife as I cut the bar sections. OMG! I honestly didn't change a thing except put twice as much toffee bits on one pan then put it under a broiler for approx 5 min to melt the toffee in attempt to give it a more 'real' crust. The 2nd one I did the toffee as directed and about 3-4 min under broiler. Hubby also told me I need to share the recipe. :D Oh the only other thing I did was be generous with the Vanilla but not by much 1 1/2t in crust and just about 2t in cheesecake mixture. This is a keeper!

I was kind of disappointed.I have alot better cheesecake bar recipes.But I like to try new ones.I think the filling should be one and a half times the recipe. But it was good.

This is the most amazing recipe! Each time I make them, I have new fans and these are the most requested repeat bars I've ever made! Everyone at work requests these for every special occasion! They are to die for!!

Made these last night for a bake sale today. They sold out with in 30 minutes and people were coming in asking if we had more of those "cheesecake bars". These were a huge hit and I have tons of request to make more. I agree - Make The Crust a little less.
