I ADDED 1 CUP OF SMOKED TURKEY MEAT AND 1 CUP OF CREAM. IT TURNED OUT REALLY GOOD AS THE MAIN COURSE.

My family makes this type of recipe even better. We use meatballs & a little hot pepper sauce to really make a meal of this soup. It is so good our way, we make it a lot in the winter. Crusty bread to soak up the cheese broth is a must. Enjoy!
