Skip the potato peeler. Jazz up 15-minute potatoes with Ranch dressing, rich sour cream and crumbled bacon.
cup butter or margarine
cups warm milk
package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix (milk recipe)
cup sour cream
pouches (4.7 oz each) Betty Crocker™ homestyle creamy butter & herb mashed potatoes
slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
In 3-quart saucepan, heat water and butter to boiling. Stir in warm milk, ranch dressing mix and sour cream; beat until smooth. Stir in 3 slices of the bacon and both pouches of potatoes just until moistened; let stand 1 minute. Stir with fork until smooth.
Spoon potatoes into serving dish. Top with remaining crumbled bacon and the green onions.
