Good, but I'll use "real" potatoes next time. I only discovered this site about 3-4 weeks ago and every recipe has been , as my husband calls it, a 10. I've been married for almost 21 years. If I had known cooking could be easy and good I would have been cooking for many years. That said, if I had been able to accessed the BC web site when we were first married my hubby would probably weigh 300 pounds.

Great taste....came out a little dry; added about 1/2 -2/3 cup extra of milk to moisten up more. Kids loved it!

Everyone in the family loved these! Definitely a keeper. I didn't use boxed potatoes though, I used real ones. Just didnt add water and only 1/3 cup milk.

Family loved these and they were so easy to make. I didn't have any sour cream, so I added cottage cheese and then added a little more milk at the end. I'm sure they'd be better w/creamy sour cream.
