Ingredients

1/2: cup sour cream

1/2: cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/3: cup pesto

2: tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

2: teaspoons lemon juice

: Cut-up raw vegetables, if desired

1 Stir together all ingredients except raw vegetbles.
2 Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Serve with raw vegetables.

This is a really good dip. My only change was that I used 2 Tbs. of finely minced yellow onion b/c I forgot the green onion at the market. I served it with fresh veggies and a french baguette slices that I lightly toasted with olive/garlic oil. A hit! The only thing I will do differently next time is cut down the lemon juice to only 1 tsp. Just my preference. This is a keeper!

Made this for a Superbowl party and it was a big hit. I also added a bit of Parmesan cheese to get a bit of cheesy flavor. It definitely gets better after it's refrigerated for a couple of hours.
