A great casserole that's easy to make and delicious. Any kind of pasta will do, so I use the bow tie that I buy in bulk on the cheap and just use diced chicken that I cook earlier in the week.
Also, to mitigate the alfredo sauce (even the low-fat version is risky if you're trying to lose weight), I use non-fat Land O'Lakes half and half instead of milk. It adds to the creaminess but lowers the fat.
