the family prefer not-too herby and spicy meal, so I change the ingredient such as using cheese recipe starter and plain Progresso panko. It is still really good. Most important: quick easy dinner. here are some pix http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/03/parmesan-chicken-penne.html Out of the recipe starter again..lol

I made this last weekend, substituting gluten free pagoda pasta and sundried tomatoes instead of fresh. I also substituted Morningstar Farms Chick'n Strips instead of real chicken. In the end, the quinoa based pasta soaked up the progresso sauce like a sponge and I had to add a little heavy whipping cream but it was fantastic. I'll definitely be making this again- it was super easy and easily fed my whole crowd.

I had great hopes for this recipe but it was a dud! It was very dry and bland (even additional salt and pepper did not help). It very definitely needed a revamp of ingredients.
