bags (10 oz each) Cascadian Farm® frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and zucchini, thawed, drained*

can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy three cheese cooking sauce
1/2
cup Progresso® chicken-flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
1
cup uncooked orzo or rosamarina pasta (6 oz)
20
frozen cooked meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter)

Garnishes, If Desired

Shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese

  • 1 In 12-inch nonstick skillet; heat vegetables, cooking sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and the broth to boiling. Stir in pasta and meatballs. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low.
  • 2 Cover; cook 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has been absorbed and pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
