Well this cake was fabulous. My mom had made an odd request for her birthday, an orange cake. Something I had never made before and neither had she. So I did a Yahoo search for orange cake and the Betty Crocker site came up. I browsed several different choices and this one seemed to stand out to me. I looked over the ingredients and thought this would be interesting to make. So yesterday I bought the ingredients I needed and I came home and started making this cake. Because I made it a day early I was even worried how it would taste after being in the frig. But to my surprise it was awesome. Everyone that had a piece just loved it and even wanted seconds. My discription of the taste was like an Orange Creamsicle Popsicle, but in cake form LOL. Next time I make this one I hope to make it the same day as needed as to try it fresh.

This cake is so refreshing. Great for spring or summer. My husband said this is probably one of the best cakes I've made, and I have made plenty. My co-workers couldn't get enough of it.
