cup butter or margarine
teaspoon grated lemon peel
cups powdered sugar
to 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in lemon peel and powdered sugar. Stir in lemon juice, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth and consistency of thick syrup.
