Ingredients

cups frozen potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers (from 28-oz bag)

cups Green Giant® frozen cut green beans
1 1/2
cups finely chopped cooked ham

cup milk
1/2
cup shredded American cheese (2 oz)

can (10 3/4 oz) condensed 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup with 30% less sodium

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix all ingredients; spoon into baking dish.
  • 3 Bake about 1 hour or until bubbly and hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

I wonder if it would give me a good result if I was to use un-cooked potatoes and set up all the ingredients in my crock-pot?

Very good, but I would suggest thawing potatoes and vegs before adding all together. Everything stuck together in one big ice block, but after it thawed was good to go. Also added 1/4 tsp dry mustard for zip.
