I wonder if it would give me a good result if I was to use un-cooked potatoes and set up all the ingredients in my crock-pot?

Very good, but I would suggest thawing potatoes and vegs before adding all together. Everything stuck together in one big ice block, but after it thawed was good to go. Also added 1/4 tsp dry mustard for zip.

All the ingredients sounded good but when all said and done, it was "flat" and I threw the recipe away!!!! Very disappointing.
