Ingredients

can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle buttermilk biscuits
1 1/3
cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2
cans (18 oz each) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
2 1/2
cups diced deli rotisserie chicken
1
package (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place biscuits on cookie sheet as directed; flatten slightly. Bake as directed--except sprinkle top of each biscuit with 1 tablespoon cheese when 2 minutes of bake time are left.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, heat cooking sauce, chicken and frozen vegetables to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in remaining cheese until melted.
  • 3 Split biscuits. Place bottoms of biscuits in shallow bowls; spoon sauce mixture over each. Place biscuit tops over chicken mixture.

It was ok. The kids said it was good. I think it was too runny with 2 cans of soup, if I make it again I will try only 1 can.
