Dressing

cup Yoplait® 99% Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4
teaspoon grated orange peel

tablespoons orange juice
Salad

large unpeeled red apples, cubed (about 3 cups)

medium orange, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces

tablespoons golden raisins
4
leaves Bibb lettuce

tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
  1. In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended.
  2. In medium bowl, mix apples, orange and raisins. Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to coat.
  3. Divide lettuce leaves among 4 serving plates. Spoon fruit mixture into lettuce leaves; sprinkle with walnuts.
