This is a very tasty fudge, not too sweet because of the addition of the cream cheese. That being said, it is a lot of work and while I will make it again, I will do two things differently. I recommend pre-melting the chips (white, milk and dark) in the microwave because the chips did not melt thoroughly and I ended up with "crunchy" fudge. This will also make it faster/easier to blend in the marshmallow mixture. Also, I used mini-marshmallows but will definitely use marshmallow creme the next time for the same reason as the chips, the minis did not melt very quickly, also requiring a lot of extra time to blend them in. Instead of marbling the fudge, I just layered it and it looked just like the picture without the extra step.
